Self-collection - We are located at the Rama A 5 Ganei Modi'in, Hashmonaim settlement. The collection is done by prior arrangement between the hours of 10: 00-15: 00 on Sundays-Thursdays.

Delivery to locker / store - 15 NIS - Delivery to locker / store by an independent shipping company within 3-5 business days - from the date of ordering.

Delivery to the house / work - 38 NIS - delivery with a courier to the house or to the workplace within 3-5 business days.

When ordering, it is recommended to choose an address where you are during the delivery hours 9: 00-18: 00

For purchases of NIS 299 or more - free delivery to the collection point closest to your place of residence. When the shipment arrives at the collection point, you will be informed of this in an SMS message to the mobile phone you registered when placing the order.

* The lockers are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day so you can receive the delivery at a convenient time and location that suits you.

* The collection shops will be available according to the opening hours listed on the website and will also send a message with all the collection details.

* On Fridays on the eve of the holiday and on the Sabbath, no distributions will be made.

* To areas not controlled by the Palestinian Authority, no shipments will be made.

* You can add a replacement note to each delivery plus a greeting for delivery as a gift when ordering on the website.

* You can return the items purchased on the site within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment and with an invoice, and receive a refund in the offsetting of the additional shipping fees - a refund or a replacement item.

Return Policy: Our return policy allows you to exchange or return the items you purchased within 14 days of receiving the items.
